TPV 5740DB - High Temperature Resistant TPV

Sarlink® TPV X5740DB is a heat-resistant, UV-stable, high-hardness thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). It features high tensile strength, excellent flex fatigue durability, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, wear resistance, and excellent chemical and weather resistance. It also offers high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension and compression set, and good colorability. Due to its shorter cycle times, it reduces production costs and energy requirements, and because of its recyclability, it achieves very high material efficiency.

Sarlink® TPV X5740DB can be reprocessed through multiple thermal cycles without loss of physical properties. It is suitable for blow molding, extrusion, profile, and injection molding processes. Applicable for uses such as belt/belt repair profiles and weather seals. Potential applications include automotive (under-the-hood applications, sealing systems), construction profiles, hoses, films, sheets, wire and cable jacketing, pipe seals, wine stoppers, household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure products, personal care items, and food contact applications.
